Are you qualified in Photography?

Yes Indeed! You can rest assured that I have studied photography for 7 years. And worked in the wedding industry since 2014! I have GCSE, A Level and a First Class Degree in photography.

Can I print my own images?

Your personalised USB stick is complete with full printing rights to all your images. If you are wanting to print your images particularly large, please contact me and I can resize the files for you to suit extremely large prints.

When will I receive my USB or Album?

That really depends on the time of year and how busy I am with other weddings. I always say to allow 8 weeks turnaround, but this may be longer in busier periods and shorter in quiet ones. I will always keep you updated so that you know exactly when you will receive your final photos.

With albums, the time frame can be a little longer, as I will work with you to build an album design, sending proof's and making changes before I send off for production.

Can we meet before we book?

Absolutely! I include a meeting in all packages, whether you choose to meet before or after booking is your choice! I love to get to know my clients prior to the big day, as it allows us to have a chat about your ideas and expectations for your wedding, as well as building a personal connection between myself and my clients! I am happy to arrange meetings with any potential clients at a suitable location, and there is no expectation or obligation to book after a meeting!

How much is your deposit?

The deposit is 20% of the agreed price.

The deposit is payable within 2 weeks of enquiry to secure your date in my diary. Deposits are only refundable should your wedding need to be cancelled due to reasons outside of your control - such as Covid or Acts of God.

When do we pay the rest of our balance?

This depends on you! If you would prefer, you can pay your remaining balance in installments to cut down the cost as your Wedding draws closer. Any remaning balances must be paid in full 2 weeks before your Wedding day.

Do you have insurance?

I do, I have public liability and professional indemnity insurance to cover you and me on your big day! I also include a written contract within your booking to outline the agreement.

What does our booking include?

Each package booking may be slighly different in terms of what you receive, with all of them including a pre wedding meeting, a welcome brochure & gift, access to my recommended supplier list, help & guidance along your journey. Then the coverage on the day, and your images delivered to you on USB and in an online gallery! Some packages include albums too! As well as this, your price covers things such as equipment costs, insurance, editing and design time, meetings and discussions! It's for these reasons that your photographer is often one of your more expensive wedding investments, but trust me when I say, it's worth it to have images to look back on in years to come!

What if I want a bigger album than what is included in my package?

Thats fine!! You can pay for the standard album (A4 26 pages) and then if you decide you want to go bigger, or include more pages - then you can pay the difference to upgrade at a later date.

Do you travel?

Travel within 40 miles of my home in Sheffield, S25 is included in all packages. Any venues further than this would incur a 45p per mile charge for the drive to and from the venue(s)
